Westhaven Homes

/ About the project

Located in London, Ontario, Westhaven Homes is an award-winning developer specializing in custom built homes. While at One Twenty Three West, I led a cross-functional team to develop an entirely new brand strategy, a vibrant identity, and a best-in-class web experience and roadmap for lead-gen and customer engagement.

The newly developed brand strategy centres around the idea that Westhaven builds homes as unique as the people who live in them. Our strategic research led us to uncover that most custom builders championed their own creative visions over the needs of their clients or used the term “custom” in fashion that alienated homebuyers before they could even understand the process. Being that Westhaven’s target demographic were upper-middle multi-generational families and young professionals who worked remotely and wanted to own outside of the city, custom home development often made the most sense and avoided potentially costly and unreliable remodelling.

The logo draws inspiration from the doors rendered on architectural plans. It represents that life that is and the life that could be in a Westhaven home.
